A 19-year-old Cincinnati man is in custody after authorities connected him to a June 6 shooting in Avondale that left three people hospitalized.
According to the reported case details, shots were fired near Reading Road and Hutchins Avenue. Police said three people were shot and hospitalized, while stray bullets damaged a vehicle and nearby businesses. A damaged gas meter also led to a shutdown in the area.
The defendant is accused of shooting one of the victims and currently faces a felonious-assault charge. The case remains pending, and an accusation is not a conviction.
