According to WLWT: 33-year-old Dathan Hall was sentenced to 48 years to life after being found guilty in a November 2024 drive-by shooting that killed 33-year-old Jason Stewart on West North Bend Road in College Hill.

Hall previously served six years in prison for a separate killing. His family maintains that he did not commit that earlier killing and that the recent trial was unfair.
