[10/16] Two bodies found in separate parts of Cincinnati as police investigate

Cincinnati police are investigating after two bodies were discovered in separate parts of the city on Thursday. Officers were called to the 2400 block of Copelen Street in Walnut Hills around 2 a.m., where a body was found near Lindsay Alley. Police said the person was believed to have been unhoused and staying inside a building. Later that morning, officers responded to McFarland Street near Elm and Plum streets downtown after a caller reported seeing a man down near a garage entrance.

Police said the two investigations are unrelated, and neither death initially appeared to involve foul play. The identities and causes of death had not been released in the report reviewed.
