[10/16] Cincinnati woman accused of firing at man after argument, striking apartment

Sparkle Woods is facing felony charges after police said she fired multiple shots at a man following an argument, with gunfire striking his apartment. According to court records, the man was walking away when Woods allegedly fired from a vehicle in the roadway. A shell casing was recovered from the street, and the apartment was struck. Woods is charged with felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises. She also faces a separate misdemeanor case that prosecutors refiled this month.

The charges are allegations, and the case will proceed through the court process. Woods was scheduled for arraignment Thursday morning, according to the report.
